SoG: Stretch to Practice Your Swing Indoors

School of Golf’s Martin Hall and Sara Brown show how you can get more power in your swing by creating a difference in angles between your shoulders and hips on the backswing, and maintaining (or increasing) that angle for as long as you can on the downswing.  This is commonly referred to as the “X-factor”.
