Mary Ann Wakefield won a car by making a hole-in-one on a basketball court length putt during Saturday’s University of Mississippi basketball game.

On his way to winning the Genesis Invitational at Riviera, Adam Scott was told the fairway was clear on the par 5. Unfortunately the marshals were mistaken, and you can see Scott’s drive run past the group ahead in the fairway.

In Mexico, somehow Sungjae Im’s tee shot, which is coming up well short of land, defies all natural laws of physics and somehow manages to bounce off the water and onto the green. Some popular theories is that there was a rock just below the surface, or there was a poor turtle swimming by at the wrong moment.

Canadian Nick Taylor won the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am by four shots over Kevin Streelman. It was Taylor’s second career win on the PGA Tour, and he became the first Canadian to win wire-to-wire, and the first Canadian to win at Pebble Beach.
Things got a little shaky in the back nine when the wind and nerves came up, but Taylor chipped in for birdie at 15 and birdied 17 to clinch the win.
