I recently discovered Martin Chuck when I found a video of his advertising his training aide, The Tour Striker Educator.  The Educator seems like a great training device.

I also found this video, which is along the same lines as the Educator, but is really just a simple swing thought/visualization.

Remember, the clubface pretty much mirrors the back of the left hand during the swing.
