Cheyenne Knight and Elizabeth Szokol held off Matilda Castren and Kelly Tan to win the Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational by a shot. Knight and Szokol shot a record 62 (8-under par) in the alternate shot format of the third round, and finished with a 5-under 65 in the best ball format final round. They finished the tournament at -23.

Allisen Corpuz Wins U.S. Women’s Open

Allisen Corpuz won the U.S. Women’s Open at Pebble Beach, for her first major and also her first win on the LPGA Tour, by three shots over Charley Hull and Jiyai Shin.  Corpuz was the only player to shoot under par all 4 days, and finished the tournament at 9-under par.

Nick Taylor Wins Canadian Open with 72-Foot Eagle Putt on Fourth Playoff Hole

In case you missed it, Nick Taylor made a 72-foot on the fourth playoff hole to become the first Canadian to win the Canadian Open in 69 years.
