Jin Young Ko and Minjee Lee battled it out at the Cognizant LPGA Founders Cup, with Ko coming back from 4-shot behind to catch Lee, and then win on the first playoff hole. Ko had a final- round 67 (which was the lowest round of the day) to finish at 13-under par.

Hannah Green Wins JM Eagle LA Championship in Playoff
Hannah Green made a 25 foot birdie putt on the 72nd hole to get into a playoff, and then birdied the first playoff hole and parred the second to win the JM Eagle LA Championship, at the Wilshire Country Club. Aditi Ashok and Xiyu Lin also birdied the final hole to get into the playoff, with all three finishing at 9-under par.
The win is Green’s third career LPGA title, and her first since 2019.
Lilia Vu Wins Chevron Championship in Playoff for First Major
Lilia Vu birdied her final two holes to get into a playoff, and then birdied the first playoff hole to capture her first major championship over Angel Yin at the Chevron Championship, held at the Club at Carlton Woods, in the Woodlands, Texas. Vu had a final round of 4-under 68 for at 10-under total.
Grace Kim Wins LOTTE Championship
Tour Rookie, Grace Kim won a 3-way playoff over Yu Liu and Yu Jin Sung to capture the LOTTE Championship in Hawaii. In just her third LPGA Tour start, Kim birdied the final two holes of regulation to get into the playoff, and then birdied the first playoff hole to capture the title.
Ruoning Yin Wins LA Open
Ruoning Yin won the DIO Implant LA Open by a shot over Georgia Hall. With the win, Yin became the second Chinese winner on the LPGA tour.
Celine Boutier Wins LPGA Drive On Championship in Playoff
Celine Boutier birdied the first hole in a playoff with Georgia Hall to capture the LPGA Drive On Championship at Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club in Apache Junction, Arizona.
Jin Young Ko Defends Title at HSBC Women’s World Championship
Jin Young Ko defended her title at the HSBC Women’s World Championship with a 2-shot win over Nelly Korda. It was a very rainy week in Singapore with at least 3 of the rounds experiencing rain delays, including a delay of about an hour during the final round when the leaders had two holes left to play. Lilia Vu Wins Honda LPGA Thailand
Lilia Vu captured her first win on the LPGA, with a dramatic come from behind victory over rookie Natthakritta Vongtaveelap at the Honda LPGA Thailand. Vu shot a final-round 8-under 64 to win by 1, she started the day six shots behind Vongtaveelap. Continue reading
